MP4 (H.264): This is the highest quality format with the smallest file size. It works with Windows and Mac. However, you must have Quicktime 7 (or an mp4 codec) installed on your computer. Many presentation programs support this format, but not all, since it is the newest format.
MPEG-1: This format is compatible with Windows and Mac (and with every presentation program on the market). However, it is a lower-quality video file than the MP4 and has a larger file size.
WMV: This format is a Windows based file and works well with many Windows based presentation programs.

Mother's Day was established by Anna Marie Jarvis following the death of her mother on May 9, 1905. Jarvis' crusade to honor mothers helped establish Mother's Day as a U.S. holiday and later, it became an international event. The U.S. Congress passed a law commemorating the second Sunday in May as Mother's Day. On May 9, 1914, President Woodrow Wilson declared the first national Mother's Day.
